Classic Freight Transport is powered by 2014 or newer automatic Volvo’s and five standard freightliners that are regularly inspected and serviced. Our high-rise tractors are fully loaded with air-conditioning, fridges, microwaves and comfortable living spaces. We offer 24-hour road-side assistance and designated staff on call at all times to communicate and help guide your journey.

We provide new hire orientation, training and everything you need to get started; chains, straps, ladder, shovel, etc. Our in-house cargo securement program has recently been visited by provincial and federal officials and both agree that when it comes to safety training in the industry, Classic Freight Transport is among the best.

We recently invested in ultra –light tarps that are extremely versatile, durable and easy to set up. Our flatbed division operates through North America, having a current passport or being in the process of obtaining one is recommended. Our operations team works hard to accommodate your schedule because we understand that home time is just as important!

• Valid class 1 driver’s licence;
• Minimum of 6 months verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the last 36 months;
• Current Abstract & CVOR in good standing – no less than 30 days old;
• Current criminal record search;
• Pre-employment drug and alcohol test (we can assist you with this);
• Passport;
• Ability to read, write and speak English in accordance to industry regulations; and
• Positive and professional demeanour.
